Our store opens with our Kickstarter launch (October 2026). Order-related terms below apply to purchases from that point; the waitlist and this website are covered today.

The short versionBe 18+, be accurate at checkout, don’t copy our brand, and if we ever disagree we’ll settle it by arbitration under Delaware law.

Welcome to balgansauce.com, operated by Balgan, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Balgan," "we," "us," "our").

By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

2. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, change pricing without prior notice, limit quantities available for purchase, and refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order: you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete; you authorize us to charge the payment method provided; order acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation, not when the order is placed; and we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason, including pricing errors.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments or Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

4. Shipping

Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and terms. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Shopify Platform

Once our store operates on Shopify Inc., your use of the store is also subject to Shopify's terms. You acknowledge that Shopify will process your personal data as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Balgan name, logo, wordmark, product designs, copy, photographs, and trade dress — is the property of Balgan, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission; use our trademarks in any way that could cause confusion; or reverse-engineer our products or formulations.

7. User Content

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to our Site or tag us on social media: you grant Balgan, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your content for marketing purposes; you represent that you own or have the right to share such content; and we will credit you where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or server is free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALGAN, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Arbitration shall be conducted remotely or in the State of Delaware. Governing law: State of Delaware, United States. Small claims: either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.

Exception: either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required by applicable consumer protection law, you may also be entitled to protections of the law of your state of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
