Shipping Policy

Our store opens with our Kickstarter launch (October 2026). Order-related terms below apply to purchases from that point; the waitlist and this website are covered today.

The short versionUS-only for now, shipped from our US warehouse. Orders process in 1–3 business days; standard delivery runs 5–10.

Where We Ship

Currently, Balgan ships to the United States (all 50 states). International shipping (outside the US) is not available at this time. We'll announce when it is.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. During Kickstarter fulfillment, processing times may be longer — we will communicate any delays directly.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Rates and the free-shipping threshold will be announced when our store opens with the Kickstarter launch.

Order Origin

Balgan products are made in Korea and shipped to our US fulfillment partner. When you order, your package ships from our US warehouse. We do not currently offer direct shipment from Korea to individual customers.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Balgan is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, delays caused by address errors, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you; reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost package (no tracking updates for 10+ business days): contact us at balgansauce@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Package marked "Delivered" but not received: check with neighbors or building management; allow 1 business day — carriers sometimes mark early; if still missing after 2 business days, contact us.

Balgan is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend delivery to a secure location.
