Gochujang is Korea's fermented red pepper paste — thick, sweet-hot, and deeply savory. A gochujang hot sauce takes that ferment and thins it into something pourable, so you get the same depth without spooning paste onto your plate. BALGAN ORIGINAL KOREAN HOT SAUCE is made with 100% Korean red pepper and slow-fermented, with 91% less sugar than a regular gochujang sauce.
Ingredients: Allulose, Vinegar, Red Pepper Powder, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt), Water, Vegan Seasoning Mix (Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Mixed Seasoning Powder (Salt, Wheat Starch, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder), Sugar, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch, Glucose, Maltodextrin, Palm Oil, Black Pepper, Onion Oil), Garlic, Soybean Powder.
